3 STEP CUSTOMER SERVICE PROGRAM
- Customer Orientation Inspection
Prior to closing, you and our construction manager will meet at your new
home for an orientation and inspection. The purpose of this meeting is
to familiarize you with the features of your new home, how the systems
and equipment work, how to properly maintain the various fine finishes
and identify any cosmetic defects that need to be corrected prior to your
move.
- 60-Day Warranty Visit
As you settle into your new home you may discover items that require service.
During your homeowner orientation, Great Northern Land Company sets a
tentative appointment with you to revisit your home in approximately 60
days. This follow-up visit has several purposes. During this meeting we
will:
- Review key maintenance points and answer any questions you have about
the care and operation of your home’s features.
- Inspect your home, using our checklist as a guide, to confirm all of
the components are performing as we intend them to.
- Inspect any items you believe require warranty attention to determine
appropriate action.
- 11-Month Warranty Visit and Two Year Fit & Finish
This visit serves the same purpose as the 60 day warranty.
