Preserving and improving our environment can’t be done overnight. Sustainability requires a long range view. At Great Northern Land Company we are making a long term commitment to the environment and the community we serve with our Acre for an Acre program.

For every acre we develop in Seattle, we will buy and permanently preserve an acre of important natural wildlife habitat. This land will never be developed and will benefit the community for generations to come. Our first conservation parcels are located just North of Chelan, Washington.

When you purchase a home from GNLC you are directly helping to save and conserve precious, natural lands.
